B for Book Sales!

It is currently 8:50 PM as I'm typing this! Now I know I should've done this sooner but I kept flip-flopping my thoughts as to whether this is what I wanted to blog about but HERE I GO!

As you can see, B IS FOR BOOK SALES!!!!!!!!!!
In Arlington County, northern VA county 10 - 15 min away from DC, they hold two book sales a year at the Central Library which is their big main library. I never knew that they held book sales until last year ( which was around October 20 - 23) when I just happened to go to the library to return a book. Thank God I brought my wallet with me to the library or else I would have missed out on such awesome deals!!

The book sale last year was huge! It was def hard to find stuff because so many people were around and looking too but the things I did grab definitely made my day.

Now that's Yu Yu Hakusho volume 1 & 2, Harry Potter 1 - 2 & 6 - 7.

Those were the prices of the books. The green one has a $2 price sticker and the red one has a $3 price sticker. Now, I don't know if you noticed but those were the hard copies of the Harry Potter books!!!! $5 for the last two books! Greatest steal of my life!

They had a lot of things at the book sale. Lots of kids books, reference books, travel books, cookbooks, old DVD's and games. Not too much manga but okay enough. The next book sale is happening April 12 - 15th. Maybe I'll do a double post for that day; one about my letter of the day and the next about my book haul. :)
